What is Show The Sculpt?
The Sculpt Show is a global competition where 3D sculptors from all around the world are challenged each episode to create an original piece under a specific theme and a reference image provided by the organizers. The challenge could be anything—from a comic book cover, a character, or a diorama, to any creative proposal set by Toy Rat Enterprises and its partner companies.
All sculptors receive the same images, descriptions, graphic reference materials, and detailed instructions for the challenge. Each artist must submit their 3D sculpt within the given timeframe, following the rules and guidelines of the contest.
It’s not just a show—it’s a showcase of creativity, talent, and artistic vision on a global stage.

Episode 2
Troy the ToyRat Tribute
Introduction:
Welcome to the Second Episode of the International 3D Sculpture Contest!
In this edition, 3D sculptors from around the world are invited to reinterpret Troy the ToyRat, the official mascot of The Toy Rat Enterprises, as a creative homage to the icons of cinema.
Participants will receive official reference materials and may choose to design either a character-only sculpture or a complete scene/diorama. In all cases, the artwork must include a themed display base that enhances and supports the overall concept.

One of the most respected figures in modern collectible art, with over two decades of experience sculpting for Kotobukiya, Marvel, DC Comics, Capcom, and Blizzard Entertainment.
Creator of iconic pieces such as Deadpool Fine Art Statue and the X-Men Danger Room Series, Erick is a pioneer of the transition from traditional to digital sculpture in the collectible industry.
ROMELL CHOPRAA
DIGITAL SCULPTOR
Digital artist specialized in collectible statues and figures based on superheroes, fantasy, and sci-fi characters.
He has collaborated with Side Show Collectibles, PCS Collectibles and Prime 1 Studio, working on licenses such as DC Comics, Marvel, Lord of the Rings, and Dragon Ball.
Romell is known for his dynamic, expressive style that blends realism with cinematic energy.
ROCCO TARTAMELLA
DIGITAL SCULPTOR
Traditional and digital sculptor with over 20 years in the collectible market.
He has collaborated with NECA, Mezco Toyz, McFarlane Toys, Diamond Select, and Hasbro, across major franchises such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel, DC, Ghostbusters, Star Wars, and WWE.
Rocco is admired for his anatomical precision and expressive realism, bringing craftsmanship and authenticity to every project.
RICARDO DIAZ
DIGITAL SCULPTOR
Sculptor and creative director, founder of Sculpting Magic, a platform dedicated to create, promoting and developing digital sculpture worldwide, with active projects across the Americas and Europe.
He has worked as an official sculptor for both studios and private collectors, contributing to major IPs such as League of Legends (Riot Games) —with pieces recognized by the Clio Awards—, as well as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sonic the Hedgehog, Naruto, Marvel, and DC Comics.
He plays an active role in mentoring and art direction within the collectible and entertainment industries.
CALEV NEFZEN
DIGITAL SCULPTOR
3D sculptor and character designer with extensive experience in the collectibles and video game industries.
He has worked with PCS Collectibles, PureArts, Gaming Heads, and Prime 1 Studio, contributing to official lines for Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Assassin’s Creed, Batman, and Spider-Man.
His work is recognized for strong anatomy, movement, and expressive visual storytelling.
