1. The AIP Program

Perfect for IP owners who want to grow their creations with a trusted partner

The Adapted Intellectual Property (AIP) Program is designed for creators who own an IP and want to co-develop it with us.

We work together with you to expand your IP into a universe of products.
Development is vertical, creating items based on your characters and storylines:
statues, action figures, apparel, collectibles, and more.
You actively participate in the creative process to ensure your vision remains at the core.

How it works:

Share your project and stage of development.
Our team evaluates and gives you feedback.
If selected, we co-create a development proposal with you.
A legal agreement defines roles, rights, and revenue-sharing.

2. Custom Services

Perfect if you don’t want to enter the AIP Program, but still want professional support to turn your idea into a market-ready product.

For creators, companies, or brands who want flexibility, we also offer Custom Services.
Here, you can hire our team directly to develop your idea or strengthen specific stages of your project.

Services include:

Concept refinement & adaptation.

If your AIP is selected

Once your project has been approved, here’s what happens next:

Initial Meeting
Our team will contact you to schedule a joint video call. During this session, we will present a development proposal for your IP, covering:
- Which products will be developed.
- What adaptations are necessary to bring your idea into production.
- What materials or inputs we will need from you.
- The scope and timeline of the development process.
Legal Agreement
After all details are defined, our legal team will draft a contract that establishes:
- The conditions and commitments of both parties.
- Exploitation rights of the IP.
- Revenue-sharing percentages for Toy Rat Enterprises on licensed products.
- The framework for collaborative work between you (the author) and our company.
