On the distance planet of Whiskeria in a mirror dimension, a rat police officer finds himself trying to aid citizens to get away from a malevolent alien force bent on obtaining the ultimate cheddar by any means. As rockets reign down on their cities Frank Ratsel protects an innocent group of scientist, aiding them to the surface to escape when he is sucked in by a time dimension vortex. While holding the ultimate cheddar the cosmic rays reinforced his nature and made him vengeful. He finds himself now fighting crime in our dimension on our planet in his new home in NYC.
