Welcome to Nibble, a platform operated by Toyrat Enterprises LLC. By accessing or using Nibble, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nibble. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account & Membership
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or misuse another member’s account.
3. Services Provided
Nibble offers tools for collectors including:
- Multi-site search and wish list management
- Inventory cataloging and QR code assignment
- Scout system for rare item discovery
- Trading floor and kiosk sales features
- Custom creation marketplace
- Store and community integrations
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (images, inventory details, etc.). By uploading, you grant Nibble a non-exclusive license to display and share this content within the platform.
5. Payments & Chits
Transactions may involve cash or Chits (Nibble’s digital currency). You agree to abide by all payment rules and acknowledge that Chits have no cash value outside the platform.
6. Privacy & Data
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent trades or sales
- Harass or abuse other members
- Violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights
8. Termination
Toyrat Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nibble is provided “as is.” Toyrat Enterprises LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including lost trades, failed purchases, or technical issues.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
